I selected this hotel for a business colloquium due to its conference area equipped with a scanner and overhead projector. The staff was helpful, and the facilities were clean and comfortable, enhancing my work experience.

The Wi-Fi connection in the conference area was inadequate, making it challenging to conduct video conferences smoothly.

At the hotel, we found the staff to be multilingual, speaking Arabic, Bengali, German, and English at the reception. The receptionist, fluent in numerous languages, was like a real-life language translator app, ensuring a smooth and delightful check-in experience for all guests.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and comfort. the staff were exceptional and accommodating to all my needs, without being overbearing. the spa and wellness centre provided exclusive amenities such as full body massages and beauty treatments, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered a perfect escape from the bustling city and the rooftop pool provided breathtaking views of the skyline.

The only minor issue I encountered was the wait time at the poolside snack bar. Although the food was delicious and diverse, the service was slightly slow.

Good: the buffet breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of options to cater to every palate, including fresh juices and delicious pastries. the room was spacious and comfortable, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the location advantages were also noteworthy, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The only minor issue was the noise level from the street below, which disturbed my sleep on one night. the staff promptly addressed the issue and provided a solution, ensuring my comfort was a top priority.

The hotel's bright and spacious interior made it easy to navigate, especially for senior people. I was delighted by the beautiful decor of the lobby and general areas, which felt welcoming and comfortable. The accessibility for senior folks was impressive, as the wide hallways and clear signage made it easy to find my way around without any hassle.

I wish the children working there could be more attentive and understanding towards the needs of senior guests.

This hotel is a dream option for shopping lovers, with its location next to a shopping center and a short walk from the metro. The guests have easy access to everything they need. The rooms are cozy and modern, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast provides delicious options to start the day. the hotel offers great facilities such as a nice pool, gym, and spa.

One guest had an issue with unfriendly reception staff, which is a downside of the hotel.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel had great facilities, including a smaller pool on the roof and a larger pool on the ground floor. The rooms were nicely designed and the breakfast was delicious with very friendly staff. The location was convenient, safe, and affordable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Doubletree had a fantastic array of kids amenities available upon request, making our family stay truly enjoyable. Our children were over the moon with the Kids Welcome package and the dedicated Kids Breakfast experience, offering a delightful selection of dishes tailored specifically for the little ones.

My wife says that for families, it would be great to have more interactive activities for the kids in the hotel's common areas.

Conveniently located near public transportation, this well-maintained accommodation features spacious apartments and comfortable bedding. Housekeeping is thorough and friendly, while valet parking is speedy and efficient. Breakfast is tasty and offers a good variety of options. The staff is welcoming and helpful – special shoutout to Fawzi Nasser for excellent customer service.

The hotel had a nice rooftop pool, perfect for taking a quick dip and getting a tan. The staff was friendly and always ready to help - especially when I needed recommendations for restaurants, they had great suggestions.

Oh, just a small inconvenience - the Wi-Fi was so slow, I had to wait forever to send a single email. But who needs internet when you're on vacation, right?

The rooms at Doubletree By Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences were amazing. I stayed in a room with a city view, and it felt like I was living in the heart of Dubai. The flat-screen TV and kitchen with all the amenities made it feel like a home away from home.

I always return for exceptional service and a convenient stay. Staff helped with parking at my first visit. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, a rooftop pool, spa, and more. I'll be back for New Year's!
